At approximately 9:00 am on Saturday, 14 January 2017, Internal Security Apparatus arrested Ali Shukri Ali Hassan (‘Ilyian), 33, from his house in Al Brazil neighborhood, southern Rafah. He was summoned by a call on his mobile.
According to his family, Ali was arrested because of posting his criticism about the power shortage crisis on his Facebook account.
