At approximately 5:00 am on Friday, 13 May 2016, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Jiahd Salah Ghaben, 16, resident of Beit Lahiya, when he approached the separation fence north Al Seyafa area, northwest Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, ICRC informed his family that he is arrested in Ashkelon prison. According to Al Mezan’s available information, the child went there to sneak across the borders.
