At approximately 8:30 pm in Sunday, 9 November 2014, armed men shot Ibrahim Mahmoud Mousa Abed, 17, resident of Al Sheja’iya neighborhood in the east of Gaza city. The armed men chased him with their car and shot fire at his car. Abed’s car stopped in front of Quraish military site in Al Sheikh I’jleen neighborhood. The armed men opened heavy fire at him and killed him. The police opened an investigation into the incident.
