At approximately 8:40 am on Monday 27 January 2014, six Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) tanks moved under sporadic covering fire about 150 meters from the “memorial” Israeli military site into Al Qatbaneyya border area east of Beit Hanoun in North Gaza district. Farmers who were there stopped their work and moved away from the area. No injuries or casualties were reported.
