At approximately 8:20 pm on Saturday 10 August 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at Hussein Abdel Hadi An-Nouri, 34, who was trying to sneak across the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel east of Al Bureij refugee camp.
As a result, the man was killed.
At approximately 3:00 am on Sunday 11 August 2013, the IOF submitted the body to the Palestinian Ministry of Health.
The body was admitted to Shifa Hospital in Gaza.
An-Nouri sustained bullet wounds in the left shoulder and the abdomen.
According to An-Nouri’s relatives, Hussein left his house at around 7:30 pm on Saturday 10 August 2013 and did not get back.
At approximately 9:00 am on the next day, they received a phone call from their friends informing them that Hussein’s body was in the morgue.
