On Monday, June 24th 2013, Israeli Forces positioned at Erez Crossing informed the Coordinating office of Civil Affairs in Gaza about closing Erez crossing and without providing any reasons.
The Israeli media announced the closure of every crossing in the Gaza Strip including Kerim Shelom Crossing.
According to Al Mezan documentations, Erez crossing will be partially opened except for Humanitarian cases and foreigners.
Traders, Journalists, VIPs, NGO’s staff, prisoner’s relatives, and those who are coming for security interviews are forbidden to cross Erez.

Israeli did not give a certain time about when it is going to be reopened.
