At approximately 12:30 pm on Monday 15 April 2013, the Internal Security Apparatus in the Rafah crossing terminal prevented Abdel Ra’ouf Barbakh, 40, a Fatah member, and Khalid Mousa, 43, a Fatah member, from travel to Egypt.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, Barbakh stated that one of the Apparatus members informed him that he was prevented from travel and gave him a summons to present himself at the Apparatus office in Rafah on 22 April 2013.
