At approximately 11:00 am on Sunday 10 March 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested ‘Aed Saber Abu Daher, 16, a resident of Wadi Gaza village.
In their affidavits to Al Mezan, Abu Daher’s relatives stated that a family dispute erupted between the father and the son ‘Ahed.
The father beat his son ‘Ahed who then left the house and went to the separation fence between Gaza Strip and Israel, about 2 kilometers away from his house.
Eyewitnesses who happened to be in the area saw IOF detain ‘Ahed near the separation fence.
