At approximately 4:10 pm on Friday 11 January 2013, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at a number of young Palestinian men east of the Ash-Shuhadaa Cemetery east of Jabaliya in North Gaza district.
As a result, Anwar Mohammed ‘Ilyian Al Mammlouk, 19, was killed and Omar Ismail Wadi, 20, was injured in the legs.
Medical sources at Kamal Odwan Hospital described his injury as minor.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, farmers started to replant their lands in areas near the borders at the end of November 2011.
A number of young Palestinian men usually go there for walk.
