At approximately 3pm on Wednesday 6 April 2011, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) arrested Ibrahim Omar Al Maqadma, 18, and Ramadan Rasmi Ad-Daiya, 25, while they were trying to sneak through the separation fence between the Gaza Strip and Israel, east of Al Bureij refugee camp.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, Ibrahim's brother, Ahmed Omar Al Maqadma, said that in the evening hours of Wednesday 6 April 2011, his brother had not returned home.
He thought that he was at his relative's house.
He asked about his brother at the area of the tunnels in Rafah town, but he could not find him.
In the morning hours of Sunday 10 April 2011, he was informed by the International Committee of the Red Cross that his brother had been detained by the IOF.
