The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) delayed the release of Omar Salim Attwa Khattab, 28, who lives in the Wadi Salqa village, southeast of Deir Al Balah, and Hesham Attallah Sa'eed Attallah, 37, who is a resident of Deir Al Balah.
Khattab was imprisoned for 7 years and Attallah was imprisoned for 6 years.
At the end of their sentences, they were not released by IOF.
They were supposed to be released on Wednesday 23 March 2011.
Khattab was detained on 6 July 2004 and Attallah was detained on 30 December 2004.
