At app. 11am on Wednesday 7 April 2010, armed men open fire on Abdel Nasir Abdel Rahman Hmed, 46. As a result, he was injured by a bullet in the right leg. According to medical sources at Shifa Hospital, his injuries are described as moderate. According to Al Mezan's field investigations, police opened investigations and found that the incident took place due to a family feud. According to Al Mezan's field worker, Abdel Nasir Hmed lives in Jabalia and owns a store for birth certificate applications. The shop is located opposite the Shifa Hospital and was registered by his son, Mohammed, 18. A family feud erupted between Abdel Nasir Abdel Rahman Hmed and one of his neighbors who has an adjacent shop for birth certificate applications. The feud developed and Omar Ali Faraj shot Abdel Nasir Hmed.
