At app. 5:05am on Wednesday 13 January 2010, unknown persons detonated an explosive device under the driver's seat in a Skoda car, which is owned by Mohammed Sobhi Al-Ghusain, 31. The car owner is known to be affiliated with the Popular Resistance Committees. He lives in Ad-Daraj neighborhood in Gaza city.
