At arounf 10pm on5 July 2009, 22-year-old Hazem Husein Saleem Barham was transported to Nasir hospital as he was stabled by a sharp object. Three minutes after his arrival at hospital, the victim died of his wound. According to information available to Al-Mezan, a taxi driver found the victim laying on the ground close to Sindibad kindergarten on the main road in Abassan Al-Kabira village, in the east of Khan Younis town. According to the director if Bani Suhaila police station, an investigation is open into the incident and three suspects are arrested.
