At approximately 10:00, on the 12th of December, members of the Palestinian security apparatus, who've been protesting the delay in the payment of their salaries, blocked Abu Baker road in Rafah, and sat up a protest tent near the Governate of Rafah. The protesters demanded immediate imbursement and treatment on par with civil workers.
