At approximately 10:00 on the 14th of Dec. an intelligence apparatus force detained Hisham Mokheimer, while he was walking in Bour Said Street, in Gaza. Armed clashes broke out between this force and members of the executive forces of the Palestinian Ministry of Interior who were in the area during the detention. As a result, Adel Harb, 22, and Seif Jom'a Abu Foul, 18, were injured.
