On Jan. 24th, 2006 at app. 5:30am, Hesham Hammad, 54, died while detained at the Rafah base of the Executive Force. Medics were called to transfer the patient to hospital; they reported that the man was already dead upon arrival. The Executive Force detained the man on Jan. 21st, 2007
