On Jan. 29th 2006, at app. 3 am, armed clashes broke out between members of National Security and Fatah on one side and Hamas supporters on the other side, the clashes took place near the Palestinian Legislative Council and Rashad Shawa Cultural Center in Gaza City, killing Tarek Nasr Allah, 26 and Mahmoud Moshtaha, 25.
