10:45am, a group of Beit Hanoun residents insulted the Director of the UNRWA Operations in north Gaza, Mr.
Imad Okal, while he was accompanying a committee for assessing the damages that befell Qerman St.
in Beit Hanoun.
A resident seized the director's car in a protest against UNRWA for not entirely constructing his house.
The car was returned following the intervention of community figures.
It is worth noting that UNRWA launched a reconstruction project of damaged houses in Beith Hanoun following the last Israeli incursion.
