On 25 March 2007, at app. 2am, masked gunmen seized the car of Mr. Ahmad Mghani, the Attorney General, while he was driving down Ezzaitoun neighborhood in Gaza City with his bodyguard Ahamd Shraim. Three gunmen forced Mghani out of his car, took his money, gun and cell phone, seized the car and fled. No available information on the identity of the perpetrators.
