At app. 23:00 on the 20th of May 2007, unknown armed men kidnapped the wife of Mohammed Al Baioumi from her house in Tel As Sultan neighborhood, in Rafah City. Witnesses say that the armed men were looking for her husband, but took his wife when they did not find him. She was released two hours later.
