On 13 June 2007, at app. 21:00, armed men set fire to the house of Isama Al Assar, the manger of Kerem Shalom Crossing and a Preventive Security Officer, in Al Jineina neighborhood, Rafah. No casualties were reported as Al Assar was abroad and the house was empty at the the time of the attack.
