At approximately 11pm on 3 September 2007, an altercation took place between members of the Executive Force (EF) and some people in a wedding ceremony for Nassar family in Al Shaboura neighborhood, in Rafah town, following the EF attempt to detain some one on the ground of a family problem. The audience started shouting in believe that the EF would attack them. According to the Nasir family, the problem was solved and the EF pulled out from the area.
