On Saturday morning, 24/11/2007, Jamil Hamad, 49, resident of Jabalia Refugee Camp died as he was denied access to an Israeli hospital. Although the Ministry of Health reported that Hammad's health condition was very critical as he suffered kidney failure & epidemic Hepatitis "C", the IOF rejected his request to undergo medical treatment.
