Palestinian Left Bleeding to Death by IOF

On 28 March 2008, on 8.
30 pm, the IOF, positioned on the northern border line, opened fire towards Tamer Mahmoud Dawwas, 18, in northern the Israeli former settlement of Doghit.
Dawwas, who is a resident of Jabalia Refugee Camp, was injured by several live bullets to different parts of his body, and was left bleeing to death.
Ambulances were allowed access to the area the next day at app.
