On Friday, 15/8/2008, at approximately 6:00 am, masked gunmen shot 23-year-old Khaled Marwan Mohammed Abu Zayda while he was walking in a street leading to his house in Al Falouja neighborhood, in jabalya. As a result, Abu Zayda was hit by two bullets in his right leg and then was transported to Al Quds hospital in Gaza City.
