Internal Security summoned Muthanna Sulaiman Annajar, 26, a reporter of al-Quds Voice radio station, at around 9:00am on Wednesday, 22 October 2008.
He was summoned to al-Saraya headquarters in Gaza.
In his testimony, Annajar said that he was detained and interrogated blindfolded.
Police asked him about his relations with some news agencies operating in Palestine.
He was released at around 11:00am after signing a pledge binding him not to disturb the public order.
