Since the outbreak of the Intifada, the belligerent Israeli Occupation Forces have attacked, by shelling and/ or bulldozing, civil premises in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
In this context, these forces have totally or partially destroyed 900 houses in the Gaza Strip.
Despite the worldwide condemnation and sharp criticism of the international organizations, these forces have continued their attacks.
Yesterday, 6/4/2001, the belligerent Israeli forces bulldozed a number of houses located in ash-Sheikh Ejleen in Gaza.

Heavy shelling had preceded these above- mentioned Israeli attacks.
The shelling had targeted a number of houses and a basis for the Presidential Security Forces.
The shelling resulted in the injury of: Lieutenant Ali aj-Ja’eedy, 28 years old.
He was injured in the head with a live bullet.
Mu’een Na’eem Shabana, 32 years old.
Several bruises in his body resulted from falling down while trying to flee the shelling.

, the belligerent Israeli Occupation Forces shelled the following targets: The North Govern rate’s Police Center, which is located in Bait Lahia.
The Military Intelligence Center, which is located next to Tal Az-Za’tar neighborhood near Jabalia Refugee camp.
As a result, the following were injured: Mohammed Mahdy al-Kahlout; 32yeas, Jabalia, Left thigh injury.
Mohammed Othman Ali; 25years, Jabalia, Chest injury.
Ibraheem Zaqout; 30years, Jabalia, Brain Concussion.
Shauqi Ibraheem Na’eem; 47years, Bait Hanoun, Psychological shock.
Monitoring the Israeli attacks, it has been noticed that the belligerent Israeli Occupation Forces have expanded, both the range of targets attacked and the types of weaponry used.
In the light of the current situation, AL-MEZAN Center for human rights warns from the continuing of the Israeli crimes in the Occupied Palestinian Territories and requests the following: The International Community must immediately provide protection for the Palestinian civilians in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
In this context, the UN Security Council is requested to immediately send a team of International Human Rights Observers to the Occupied Palestinian Territories in to monitor the Israeli crimes against the Palestinian civilians.
The European Union, which will revise its Partnership Agreement with Israel during its next session in May, should cancel this agreement.
The High Contracting Parties of the 4th Geneva Convention must immediately hold a conference to discuss ways that guarantee The application of the Convention in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.
The fulfillment of the legal obligations of the Parties.
