Court of First Instance in Gaza Sentences Accused Person to Death By Hanging

On Thursday morning, 20 October 2016, the Court of First Instance in Gaza sentenced H. Sh., 37, resident of North Gaza distrect, to death by hanging. He was accused of premeditate murder of Samiha Awadallah, 72, by a harmful object. The victim disappeared on Wednesday, 18 February 2015, and her dead body was found on Wednesday, 25 February 2015, in a room inside her house, suffocated by a plastic rope and beaten on her head.
