IOF Opens Fire at Scrap Collectors in North  Gaza District

At approximately 11:00 am on Wednesday, 22 June 2016, Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) opened fire at scarp collectors who were near the separation fence northwest Beit Lahiya in North Gaza district. According to Al Mezan’s filed investigations, a number of scrap collector went on their carts to the border area to search for scraps in order to sell them to the iron factories to recycle them and provide an income. No injuries or causalities were reported.
