Gaza Magistrates Court Issues a Death Sentence

At approximately 10 AM on Tuesday, 12 April 2016, Gaza Magistrates Court sentenced K.M. to death by hanging. According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, K.M. was convicted of the murder of Hamdi Jawdat Abu Sharikh on 17 April 2012.
