Limited IOF Incursion East of Khan Younis, One Person Injured

At approximately 5:40 am on Wednesday 21 May 2014, several Israeli tanks accompanied by armored bulldozers moved under covering fire into Al Qarrara village east of Khan Younis.
Bulldozers level lands there.
During the incursion, the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) fired several artillery shells some of them fall eastern Al Qarrara and at Talet Al Kurd which is located between Al Qarrara village north of Khan Younis and Deir Al Balah.
At approximately 9:00 am on the same day, the IOF withdrew from the area.
Half an hour later, the IOF moved again to Al Sreij area east of AL Qarrara village.
Bulldozers leveled lands there.
The IOF then moved to the southwards east of Abassan villages east of Khan Younis.
During the second incursion, at approximately 12:15 pm on the same day the IOF opened fire at agricultural fields.
As a result, Saleh Ahmed Al Qarra, 24, sustained scratch from bullet in the head.
Al Qarra was about 400 meters away from the separation fence when the IOF opened fire at him.
He was admitted to Gaza European Hospital where his injury was described as light.
At approximately 1:00 pm on the same day, the IOF withdrew from the area.
