Gaza’s Court of First Instance Issues Death Sentence against Man in Gaza

At approximately 11:00 am on Tuesday 24 September 2013, Gaza’s Court of First Instance sentenced Fat’hi Fares Al Shram, 42, to death by hanging after he was found accused of murder of his relative Mohammed Al Ashram.
