Israeli Gunboats Open Water Cannons against Palestinian Fishing Boat

On Sunday 4 November 2012, Israeli naval vessels opened polluted water cannons against big Palestinian fishing boat which was about four nautical miles off the coast northwest of Al Waha resort—near the maritime border—northwest of Beit Lahiya, North Gaza district.
According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, at approximately 6:00 am on Sunday 4 November 2012, a big Palestinian fishing boat carrying Italian, French, and Spanish solidarity activists accompanying five Palestinian fishermen.

5 nautical miles and then sailed to the northwest and positioned about 4 nautical miles off the coast of beit Lahiya.
  At approximately 8:15 am on the same day, an Israeli boat surrounded the Palestinian boat and opened heavy-powered polluted water cannon at them for about 15 minutes.
The fishermen left the area immediately.
 In the same context, at approximately 12:30 pm on the same day, another Israeli boat approached the same Palestinian boat as it was about four nautical miles off the coast of An-Nuseirat refugee camp.
The Israeli boat opened heavy-powered cannon at the Palestinian boat for about 30 minutes.
The Palestinian fishermen sailed to the west ward immediately.
In his affidavit to Al Mezan, activist Maher Mansour stated that cameras belonging to the international activists were broken due to the heavy water.
   This is an attempt to break the marine siege imposed on Gaza Strip.
