Internal Security Apparatus Summons Fatah Activist in North Gaza District

At approximately 9:00 am on Tuesday 3 April 2012, the Internal Security Apparatus summoned Basem Abdel Bari Ahmed, 39, a Fatah activist, to its office in Jabaliya refugee camp.
  The Apparatus detained him in a cell there until 2:00 pm on the same day.
  According to Al Mezan’s field investigations, Ahmed is a Fatah district member and was summoned on political grounds.
