Explosion in Rafah Injures Three Children

At approximately 2:40 pm on Monday, 19 December 2011, three children were injured when an unknown device exploded in Rafah.
  The children were playing in the As-Sawafi area west of Tal As-Sultan neighborhood.
  Al Mezan has identified them as follows:  ·         Yousif Abdullah Tafesh, 14, sustained burns to the face; ·         His brother Mohamed, 17, sustained shrapnel wounds in different parts of his body; and ·         Ibrahim Emad Yousid Abu S’heban, 17, sustained shrapnel wounds in different parts of his body.
They were admitted to Abu Yousif An-Najjar Hospital, where their injuries described as moderate.
