Israeli Air Forces Attack Livestock Farms in Wadi As-Salqa Village Southeast of Deir Al Balah

At approximately 1:15 am on Friday 5 August 2011, Israeli air forces fired four missiles at three livestock farms in Wadi As-Salqa village southeast of Deir Al Balah.
As a result, two livestock farms totaling about 800 square meters of land were destroyed.
A store for agricultural equipment was also destroyed in the attack.
The attack left a large crater in the cultivated areas of the land.
The farms belong to Abdel Halim Salim Abu ‘Ajeen, 49, who is the breadwinner for six family members.
An adjacent livestock farm belonging to Alaa’ Hussein Mahmoud Al Louh, 36, was severely damaged.
  Al Louh is the breadwinner for seven persons and he rents the farm from Mr.
Abu Al ‘Ajeen.
About 800 hens were killed in the attack.
This farm has been attacked before on, 22 June 2011, resulting in the electricity being cut off in the area.
