Palestinian Woman Dies Due to Mishandling of Weapon in North Gaza District

At approximately 9:20am on Wednesday 18 May 2011, Intisar Abu Rabee', 43, was admitted to Kamal Odwan.
She suffered from an injury from a bullet in her mouth.
She was referred to the Shifa Hospital in Gaza city due to her critical condition, as the bullet entered her mouth and settled in her chest.
At approximately 12:20pm on the same day, medical sources at the hospital announced her death.
According to the initial police investigation, Abu Rabee' died due to mishandling of a weapon while she was at her house in Beit Lahyia town, in North Gaza district.
