A Father Abuses, Critically Injures his Toddler in North Gaza

At approximately 9am on Saturday 31 July 2010, a toddler, 1.
5 years old, was admitted to Shifa Hospital with critical injuries.
After medical examination, doctors reported that the little girl was beaten and sustained serious bruises in different parts of the body; including the skull.
She was admitted to the ICU.
They reported the case to the police, who opened an investigation into the incident.
According to Al Mezan's field investigations, the father was arrested for interrogation and will be brought before the prosecution tomorrow.
