Palestinian Injured Due to Mishandling Weapon in Rafah

According to Police, at app.
7:30pm on Friday 30 April 2010, Thaer M'umen Meqdad,19, was injured in the left leg due to mishandling a weapon.
Meqdad was at the Tal As-Sultan neighborhood, east of Rafah.
