Palestinian Man Injured by a Random Bullet in Rafah

4pm on Thursday 28 January 2010, Wael Ismail Al-Bardawil, 37, was injured from a live stray bullet.
Al-Brdawil was injured while he was near the fishers harbor in the southern Gaza Strip town of Rafah.
