Masked man opens fire at a citizen in Rafah

On 11 Dec.
at approximately 21:00, a masked man opened fire at Mohamed Faiyq Abu Arrar, 35, in the Rafah neighborhood of Al Shaboura.
Abu Arrar was injured as his body was hit by three live bullets.
According to medical reports, Abu Arrar sustained moderate injuries.
