Hamas activist injured in a kidnapping attempt

On 29 January 2007, at app.
2:15 pm, gunmen stopped a Hamas activist, Samir Al Akhras, 40, on his way to Rafah.
He received wounds to his thigh and face and was taken to Nasser Hospital in Khan Younis.
