Armed clashes renewed between Hamas and Fatah in north Gaza on 21 March 2007, at app.

40 in Beit Lahia Project, killing one and injuring 15 among them were 4 children.
Tension prevailed in north Gaza where both parties established checkpoints on streets.
Three Fatah activists were kidnapped in Jabalia Camp and were releases two hours later.
The situation calmed down following the intervention of the High Committee of National and Islamic Factions, a seperate force deployed in the area consisting of military wings from Popular Front for Palestine Liberation and Islamic Jehad.
