Citizens arrested and beaten by Palestinian police in Jabalia

On 20 October 2007, the Palestinian police (formerly known as the Executive Force) arrested Majdi Rabi'e Juneid, 29, from his house, which is located at the eastern entrance of Jabalia town.
He was released a few hours later, after being severely beaten.
