am 8 November 2007, police members (the Executive Force) arrested 30-year-old Khalil Rajab Nseir, the spokesperson of the Local Initiative (an NGOs assembly in Beit Hanoun).
Nseir was accused of inciting people against Hamas.
He was released at app.
8pm on the same day as community figures intervened.
