Citizen detained and beaten in police station in Khan Younis

15pm, on 13/11/2007, the police (Executive Force) arrested 29-year-old AKram Mostafa Al Ashqar, cleaner in Shajaret Ad Dorr school in Khan younis, while he was close to his house.
He was arrested for not going to the school on the day of the strike which was announced by the Palestinian Government in Ramallah.
He was released after being severely beaten, and was forced to sign a pledge of commitment to work.
