IOF Drone Fires Missile, Kills Rafah Citizen

11:30pm, on 9/2/2008, an IOF drone launched a missile at Mohammed Ismail Abu Moteir, 22.
At the time of the attack, he was walking on a street in Al Brazil neighborhood in Rafah.
He arrived to Abu Yousef An Najjar Hospital in critical condition, and died roughly 30 minutes from arriving to the hospital.
Rafah is a town located on the southern border with Egypt.
