IOF Incursion in Abassan Village, 3 Homes Bulldozed

On Thursday, 5/6/2008, at approximately 4:00am, the IOF, backed by military vehicles and bulldozers, entered into Abassan area in eastern Khan Younis.
Forces entered under intensive fire.
Soon after, tanks and bulldozers began leveling the area.

The IOF's indiscriminate shooting resulted in wounding 20-year-old Slim Sedqi Al Qarra with shrapnel to his face.
It is noteworthy that the IOF demolished three homes in this area in addition to razing wide areas of agricultural land.
The incursion, which continued until 1:30pm, caused serious damage to the premises of Alrwad Society.
