Dismissed Government Released Middle District's Fateh Secretaries

On Thursday, 30 October 2008, 14:30, the dismissed government released two political prisoners of the Middle District.
The political prisoners, who were detained in al-Saraia security compound, received orders to prepare themselves for their release.
The Internal Security' Public Relation Officer was present and delivered a speech.
The government's spokesman and MP al-Ashqar were also present.
The political prisoners signed pledges to abide by the law, abstain from assembly and rising flags and posters and not to incite the public opinion.
Press crews arrived and 17 political prisoners were released, including Mahmoud Hassan al-Qalqili, 55, Fateh Secretary in the Middle District, who was arrested on 31 July 2008 from his house in Bureij refugee camp.
Ismael Ibrahim Darwish, 29, Fateh Secretary in al-Maghazi refugee camp, who was arrested by the Internal Security at around 9:30pm on Thursday, 18 September 2008.
A force of the Internal Security stormed into a coffee shop in Deir el-Balah city while Darwish was there.
He was arrested and led to the Internal Security's headquarters in Deir el-Balah before he was moved to al-Mashtal, a Hamas-controlled detention center, and then to al-Saraya security compound.
